Olave was an indefatigable traveller, visiting 111 countries in all. She travelled around the world five times between 1942 and 1970, when she was forbidden to travel again.

She visited North America 30 times, and Africa over 60 times. She travelled by every means possible: boat, car, train, plane, rickshaw and even elephant (but I don't have any photos of that - yet!)
